Format: 1-3 hour program

Conflict is a terrible thing to waste. This happens when no one learns from it and organizations don’t grow as a result. Without a greater understanding and finding creative solutions hostilities develop and manifest themselves in even more internal conflict and productivity issues.

This program shows managers how to disagree and NOT be disagreeable. Participants will leave with the tools use conflict positively.
